Ladies and Gentlemen,

In March 2005, our company, Straight Recruitment Agency, was granted consent for the implementation of a custom-built project in the area of human resources management, financed by the European Social Fund under Priority 1: Development and modernization of labour market instruments and institutions, Measure b): Development of service offer of labour market institutions.

"Mobile Consultant - a pilot model of cooperation of labour market institutions" is a pioneering programme aimed at developing cooperation between a personnel consulting agency (a private institution) and poviat labour offices (public entities). Straight will offer professional support and knowledge of its consultants in the scope of acquiring job offers (3,000 job offers).

During the first stage of the project, Straight will found fifteen branches all over Poland to facilitate analysis of the problems faced on the local labour markets and to enable day-to-day cooperation with the regional labour offices. Three-person teams will be responsible for producing solid results in the form of the assumed numbers of found jobs, established contacts with employers and delivered consultations for job seekers.

Weekly reports and constant supervision exercised by the Area Coordinators will allow control over the progress of the project. The consultants' competences will also be evaluated and it is assumed that the consultants will participate in a series of intense training courses.

Mobile Consultant is a comprehensive advisory project including all the players on the labour market. The activities of Straight's consultants will comprise assistance rendered to:
• the employer - in determining the number and type of required employees and in creating the ideal candidate profile guaranteeing consistency of the expectations of both sides (both the employee and the employer) and enabling the establishment of long-lasting and satisfying cooperation,
• the employee - through professional employment intermediation and customised counselling, leading to the achievement of tangible results in the form of new employment found,
• the regional labour office - through exchanging experience and creating the principles of effective cooperation while using modern human resources management tools.

This project is a challenge for us all. Our objective is to use our knowledge in the area of personnel consulting to reach a quantifiable and socially significant goal of finding approximately 3,000 new jobs. Assistance of the European Social Fund has allowed us to plan far-flung activities and commence consulting work in fifteen Polish voivodships in cooperation with tens of Poviat Labour Offices. The scale of this project surpasses the organizational capacity of any private institution operating on a for-profit basis. Our objective is to find new jobs in the region, match candidates from the Labour Offices' databases with employers and assist in arranging meetings and concluding final contracts. We will share our knowledge and learn new things from our partners in the region - together, we will create the principles of cooperation which will significantly enhance the quality of consulting services offered on the labour market.
